apart from to chocolate..did 75 lengths on friday and only got out of the pool as it was invaded with 100 kids! so toning slowly and eating less..can only do good i just hope i can keep it up!

well after clocking up 230 lengths in 7 days and a careful watch of what I am eating I have lost just over 2 kgs in that time! am very impressed even though it’s not massive loss but i have do do it gradually. did another 30 lengths tonight and i really pushed myself stretching out as i swam. I have sped up too, with my starting speed at one length a minute, i can now do it in 30 secs, my fastest length is 25 secs so shall push on!! so all in all quite pleased with myself!

so far so good, 1500c again and 40 lengths making 120 so far this week.although i prefer an early swim as opposed to evening as i am noticing im more tired, but i persevered! shall complete the rest at weekend. inspired to push on as was told i looked trimmer today and from someone who doesnt know what im doing! cant resist chocolate so allowing myself one for a treat within my allowance and after all that swimming i think i deserve it!

have avoided the chocolates today! have had my 1500 calories, with yoghurt and cereal for breakfast, cereal skimmed milk and strawberries for lunch and beans on toast for dinner. my snacks made up the rest with low fat crisps and bar plus fruit. i also managed 30 lengths tonight..just half hour left before pool closed. but after this heat it was fab. hope not to bore you all with my daily blog but it actually helps me and keeps me focussed.

well have consumed my 1500 calories today of mainly low fat foods, although i will own up to a couple of chocolates….however i included them in my daily intake so all ok! i know i should have said no but they were ony 62 c each and from a very grateful patient! didnt manage a swim today as pool shut half an hour after i got home so am planning to go at 7 before work tomorrow, if not tomorrow night..have got the bug now!am feeling that i wil stick at it this time.
am doing 1500 calories a day low fat which means more volume to eat!had a breakfast bar early as i didnt want to go swimming on a full stomach.had homemade wholemeal sandwich, one slice of edam and cherry toms and a low fat youghurt with strawberries for lunch.i have 843 calories left which will probaby be a jacket pot tuna and sweetcorn. also swam 50 lengths in an hour and felt so good when i got out of the pool.
so far so good!
move over facebook, this is better! Kirstyanne how can i post my cakes on this? would be unfair. mind you i only sell them i dont actually eat them as im not a lover of cakes.

for years I was very slim, then I piled on the pounds after 3 children and it’s been very hard to shift ever since…a great comfort eater i am. now i have found a fab weight loss buddy and have decided that this time I am going to do it. I am 5′8 and weight about 14 stones and I want to shift four of them. Starting on a low fat 1500 calorie plan that i know works as i lost 3 stones before on the same plan.I am a good swimmer and have dug out my goggles and off to the pool tomorrow and plan to do 50 lengths, followed by 3 swims next week.Im not telling anyone apart from you lot what I am doing! so hoping the weight will slowly drop off and then more chance it will stay off. plan to post daily with what i have eaten and what exercise i have done. a colleague at work is doing lighter life and has lost 3 stones already on 500 calories of porridge and soup a day. thats too drastic for me…she hasnt eaten for weeks! i love food and i love cooking but i love my little black dress that i used to wear and thats my goal to get back into a size 12 by Christmas.
